Part 2: Power in Black Street Gangs (soldiers)

Liberation, War

Why do you think that law enforcement create entire teams and task forces to profile, silence, abuse, incarcerate, and murder young Black men that are either in gangs or fit their white description of what a gang member looks like?

Part 1: Abolition

Liberation, War

People seem to shy away of the word abolish.

Its like they imagine you have to get rid of something before replacing it.

Then they say in their brain it could never happen and they continue to subscribe to the status quo. Try and negotiate with a system that demands the people do something to make them change, all while only providing pacifying resolutions that are SYMBOLIC and ineffective. (diversity, policies without repercussions, Black leadership within, etc…)

Where are we when nazi’s feel bold enough to walk in these streets declaring their whiteness?

How about the police?

I know in Sac we are out here dying every couple months from law enforcement, nationally its fucking more ridiculous and GLOBALLY we are trash to this white ass world.

They keep calling people of color minorities but we are the majority of this world!

A few days ago a security guard got killed by police for doing his fucking job!

DOING HIS DAMN JOB!!!

And the police that took his life are trying to paint this like they honored him as if he was an officer….Hey and maybe they do cause Black officers and Brown officers will go down before white ones.

I Got Fake People Showin Fake Love to Me, Straight Up to My Face

Preface

Before you read this, please note that not everyone does these things or has selfish intentions. Some people are genuine. I know who they are. I know who my family is, and isn’t. I know that I have a lot of genuine and beautiful love around me in the spaces I spend time in. I don’t fault anyone for being intrigued or their admiration. This about folks being selfish and masking their selfish needs with the false idea of love. This about manipulators and vampires. People that suck the life out of you and compliment you while they do it. This is about the dehumanization of the people burning themselves out for their actual love for people. We show our love with our work.

Black Capitalism

Civil Rights, Education, Liberation, Politics, Self Care, War

Capitalism is the social system which now exists in all countries of the world. Under this system, the means for producing and distributing goods (the land, factories, technology, transport system etc) are owned by a small minority of people. We refer to this group of people as the capitalist class. The majority of people must sell their ability to work in return for a wage or salary (who we refer to as the working class.)

The working class are paid to produce goods and services which are then sold for a profit. The profit is gained by the capitalist class because they can make more money selling what we have produced than we cost to buy on the labour market. In this sense, the working class are exploited by the capitalist class. The capitalists live off the profits they obtain from exploiting the working class whilst reinvesting some of their profits for the further accumulation of wealth.

This is what we mean when we say there are two classes in society. It is a claim based upon simple facts about the society we live in today. This class division is the essential feature of capitalism. It may be popular to talk (usually vaguely) about various other ‘classes’ existing such as the ‘middle class’, but it is the two classes defined here that are the key to understanding capitalism.

Black Bodies

Civil Rights, War

An old post reborn from today’s news:

Black bodies being tossed around, kicked around, tested on, cut into, deformed and mutilated, tugged by the limbs and throat, swung by the hair, sold, hung by ropes at the neck, shot up 21 times to one backside, killed. Our system definitely views Black bodies with less value. If you can’t see it, it’s cause you don’t want to. This is why we have to keep insisting that black lives matter. And you betta not say you can relate to it just because you empathize with it. Knowing how little value Black bodies have within our system, definitely sets the premise of how to feel when confronted by police, how much hope to have in our system and all its elected/appointed/hired people. Anxiety, PTSD, depression are real out here in these Black bodies.
